Was prescribed 2 weeks of this horrible drug. For an inflamed vestibular nerve in the ear, due to a 4 week sinus infection. I’m on day 11/14. The highest I was at was 30MG, and now I’m tapered down today to 10MG. The last days are 5MG. I’m a young 24 year old female, perfectly healthy. This drug has made me actually feel worse than I was before. Never again.

I had been on Prednisone for 5 months, starting out with 60mg daily, and finally came off 7 weeks ago. This was due to having issues with my kidneys. I've been a marathon runner for 7 years, averaging 3 per year. I regularly ran 7-10 miles 5 days a week before work, with zero issues. HOWEVER, now I can barely walk without the need to take about the first 20 yards for my legs to loosen up, then I'm very slow, and I've also been in constant soreness! As for my diet, I've been an extremely clean eater for years and do intermittent fasting daily, so I am hoping and praying that this clears up soon! I'm not used to this weakness and the inability to move faster than a snails pace!

Don't overcomplicate it. City water has clorine in it to kill bacteria. If you have well water, or even city water, every time you fill your tank on your table top unit, dump in 1 teaspoon of clorox, and you're good. Nothing is gonna grow in it.

God bless Gerald. Miracles happen. I went in for LVAD surgery. But got my Donor heart during the wait in the hospital. LVAD seems to be a good bridge to transplant. They sure come a long way with the LVAD system.

I’ve been a congenital heart patient for my entire life and I’ve had some rotten experiences. I’ve learned to stand up for myself, but there are times when we have to comply or not get the treatment we need.

Good evening from an OLD RT here of over 30 yrs. As I see you were using the Vicks Ultrasonic humidifier (nebulizer). YES that type device is the most efficient method of infecting anyone in a room or house ! USNs (that dont have a UV light) can spread any type of bacteria or fungus through out the area its released into. The particle size produce is SO extremely fine and stable to float on air currents far away. So , yes you were infected by an improperly cleaned humidifier which the USN and other "cool mist" types are at fault. I only recommend a "Steam" warm mist system. Even if it isnt cleaned well enough the steam itself is sterile when it comes out into the area. Im glad you are doing well with your transplant.

Well, this video was helpful both directly and indirectly. Indirectly, because now I’m only going to buy white humidifier (before I was going to go for stylish black) to see how clean it is. And (just like with juice makers) will make sure all parts are easily cleanable. I’ve seen some reviewers complaining about parts they can’t get to that have mould inside.

Can happen with any machine. Coffee makers, water kettles, humidifiers, air conditioners, fridge, ovens, laptops etc. Needs cleaning. Trash cans also need to cleaned well. Humidifiers have moisture content. Absolutely once done using it for the day, need to wash it clean and dry it thoroughly. Vinegar wash is best now and then.

SO THERE'S NO ISSUE WITH THE HUMIDIFIER ITS SOLELY BASED ON YOUR LACK OF INTELLIGENCE TO CLEAN A MACHINE THAT CANT CLEAN ITS SELF.THE PRODUCT DIDNT ALMOST KILL YOU UNFAIR ALMOST KILLED YOU. ALL CAP😂😂😂

Thanks for the review. I own both the Medify MA15 and the MA 40. I've previously owned air purifiers from a well known "L" company and have had them fail within 3-4 years. Not so the Medify. IMO, their build quality is excellent.
