The cheap red one sounds like, at the very least, it stays in a key. Maybe not the right key, but a key nonetheless lol. Cheap blue one literally does not function as a proper instrument

Blue is a little pitchy and the Red one lacks the depth of tone the expensive one had which makes sense given it's thinness
