This video really moved me. I am in Inis Mòr this evening, a small island on the west coast of Ireland . I spent the day on the seabed in scuba gear ,weightless in the ocean . At 52 I started yoga late in life ,I am transformed. Thank you for this beautiful video and your very accurate words . Blessings from the Celtic world 🌎 🙏

Asthangayoga means union by 8 stages. They are as follows: 1) Yam 2) Niyam 3) Asan 4) Prnayam 5) Pratyahaar 6) Dhyan 7) Dharna 8) Samadhi Only four people in the history of mankind achieved this. They are as follows: 1) Lord. Sri. Krishna Parmatma 2) Lord. Swaminarayan 3) Sadguru Gopalanand Swami 4) Gopal Yogi, assisted by Lord. Swaminarayan Asthangayoga is not turning and twisting of arms and legs and neither taking, holding leaving breath. Its the process of master over human body and sense with the power or leaving and entering body at your own will. When I see videos on YT like this, I hold my head in hand and take deep breathe. Be careful people. India is not what coming out in newspaper, its more deeper and beautiful and spiritual Diamond.

Yoga does not mean a physical routine everytime. I think you meant to say the asana practice of yoga. Asana being a very, tiny and relatively minute aspect of Yoga.

Well, most of what we know as Hatha Yoga asanas today actually developed in the early 20th century as a blend of mainly European gymnastics and some traditional Indian Hatha yoga. So, does that make it "inauthentic" or not "real traditional yoga"? I guess it's what you make of it. You could also just say the asana limb of yoga got developed further. But yeah, you're not wrong with what you're saying.
