You just might have inspired a 50+ year old to take up the practice. Been sitting on the fence. Just not happy with the state of teaching these days. Too Hollywood. Where’s the second part? God bless you.

It is possible to injure yourself so I recommend a teacher who can guide you as safely as possible

Not sure what the teacher can change. The injuries result from repetitive stress.

Why does it matter ! I get it...but...does anybody talk about the other limbs... ashtanga has 8 ...maybe we should ALSO..praise mental breakthroughs... yoga...has become physical...so sad
