I'm gonna be honest, I feel like Ultimate is not that different. It had the best roster of all time, I love the majority of the games those characters come from, and the love put into their moveset, stage and animations is top tier, I love it so much. But that's about it for me. I remember Brawl and Meele way more fondly than Ultimate, Ultimate feels bigger than it actually is. World of Light was a giant disapointmentment, all of these characters in here and not even use them except for a cutscene that was just made to build hype on the last trailer, and then there's no more character interactions in the whole game. This might be subjective and a nitpick, but both Smash 4 and Ultimate theme songs get old and repetitive to me. I don't wanna hear them anymore, Brawl's theme song was so good in all of it's iterations that I sometimes do anything so I can listen to it in game

Anyone else remember how much the STAGE roster in this game was absolutely soulless and atrocious

hmm, I battle almost all the enemies in the game and I didn't notice the same puzzles repeated over and over again. Sometimes I recognized an old puzzle, but it wasn't that frequent and usually when I recognized it was after solving it again rather than recognizing it and then remembering the solution. I just found this perspective pretty odd. Also, I enjoyed a lot boss battles, it was pretty easy to make a path to take certain action (except with the tape, but I liked the challenge that boss fight pressented), just start with an arrow towards the middle and put a couple of actions there (so I don't think the criticism of being too complicated is justified), however I find very enjoyable to try find ways to allow Mario to make more actions in the same turn (like taking the clue from the sheet of paper, opening the chest or getting hearts to heal).

Target Blast is just Angry Birds without the charm.

Have every1 updated to there more recent game as look and move and all new final smash and characters people want to see for me it would be Geno, Kuckles and shadow and less repeat characters and one game having 5 or 6 different characters and some only have 1 .

For people who aren't fans of fire emblem, 13 characters seems like a few too many especially when they're all very similar. For people who are fans of fire emblem, why did they only pick sword fighters, and not Hector or Ephraim or any number of other more unique Lords. The answer's money, almost every fire Emblem character in smash is the main character of the most recent game at the time. Remember people they only are working to make a buck, they couldn't care less about making a good game.

I agree completely. You don’t even have to go extremely deep, the Mario universe has so many unique characters and enemies that could be used instead. And Rather than the stupid clones that could just be costumes, they could use more niche characters like King Bob-mob, Cappy, Nabbit, Monty, the Broodals, Florian, Poplins, EVEN GENO AND MALLOW. So much untapped potential, not even including stages and items and even a huge overarching story that could be included 😂

Sorry, but there's no way you can legitimately say 4 is the worst entry when the original 64 version exists. And 64 itself isn't even a bad game, but it's obviously, objectively the worst in the series. Also, 4 is better than Melee as well.

you know, while i like origami king myself, i kinda get what you mean about how the characters were less original than other games it's honestly probably mainly because it was my first paper mario game but i enjoyed the combat a lot but it's definitely not a story i would experience again, and if i were to play the game again id be skipping the dialogue because like you said, the characters, story, or less just more bland, and even the gameplay itself is slower so replaying it would be just more of a slog and explains why i haven't yet the game is slow, and kinda more dull overall, so despite how much i like it, yeah i can see why origami king was so controversial

Why did people thought that every single Nintendo Ip would get a movie by illumination studios like bro the Pokémon movies were made by Warner bros and the Zelda movie is being made by Sony I think (Sony has shown information about Nintendo and the Zelda movie in their website so there involved with the project) plus the movies rights to X-men and spider man were sold to Fox and Sony so I believe that Nintendo will probably make more movies based on their IPs but with different studios involved with the project not just universal
