I had to change the carb on mine , it had no spark arrestor but it starts until it’s hot and then bigs down and it seems no matter how I adjust HL screws nothing helps , any ideas?

Does it seem like it's starving for fuel? Have you tried loosening the gas cap to see if the fuel tank is not venting properly?

Did you add any extra fertilizer or organic materials afterwards?
@BlackHoleDIY13 күн бұрын
No organic matter and followed standard fertilizer schedule. I apply about 4lbs of nitrogen per 1000ft2 each growing season.

Hello I have Karcher k6 160 bar and 600L/H used Mjjc snow cannon today with 1.25 orifice and it did the same problem as yours. Ordered 1.35mm for it hope it will be fine. So as for my question, I ordered 2.5Mm tips for my short pressure gun and I am not sure it will pulse with 2.5mm tips. Do I need to order more mm tips like 3mm or 4mm? Thanks
@BlackHoleDIY16 күн бұрын
Hi. Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, I dont know the answer. I believe it's a trial and error situation as each pressure washer may perform differently based on the mechanics of it all.

Interesting video… thanks. Wondering if you had any staining issues from the iron on concrete?
@BlackHoleDIY17 күн бұрын
With this particular product, no. However, I was in the Ewing store last week and noticed they changed the formulation. It is now derived from iron sulfate which I believe will stain concrete.

Hi, Thanks for the video, I have the same issues, you said fuel line is 3/16 OD, What is the ID please. 3/32 or 1/8 ID ? And mine also has fuel lines on the bottom of the carb. Did they make some with updraft carb, or did someone else take it apart and put it back together wrong? Thanks for your help.
@BlackHoleDIY18 күн бұрын
Hi Rick. Should be 3/32 ID. Interesting question about the carb orientation. I'm not sure, although it is a bit odd that the fuel lines cross in front of the purge bulb. I'll have to take another look and see if the carb will orient with the fuel barbs at the bottom.

Correct. Just as the video title suggests, making liquid humic acid from powder.

I put the new cable in, and the shifter isn’t quite lined up when I put it into reverse and drive, what do I need to adjust to fix this
@BlackHoleDIY24 күн бұрын
I experienced a similar issue. Did you try what I showed in the video: release the adjustment mechanism where the cable fixes to the pivoting arm, manually move the arm to "find" the gear, then lock the adjustment in place?

I have the same machine (bought used) but the fuel lines are at the bottom of the carburetor not the top like yours, I replaced the fuel lines as you greatly explained, but the bulb will not such fuel no matter how many times I squeezed it. Any expert suggestions? please! model TB516 EC. and thank you for the excellent video.
@BlackHoleDIY29 күн бұрын
Hi Abed. Is it possible you have the fuel lines reversed on the carbruetor? Try switching the lines and see if that works.

Image would be safe for you to use to control Virginia Buttonweed, but may need additional treatments at slightly higher that usual rate at application. And, it says so on the image label.

Awesome! Thank you so much! I recently bought a bottle of Image to try this season. I really appreciate the recommendation.

How did you usually determine what setting was needed for fertilizer since most companies dont specify brinly on the bag. Did you usually go with a bit bigger or smaller number and did you usually use the scotts number as a basis to give an idea of where you need the brinly to be
@BlackHoleDIYАй бұрын
Trial and error in many cases. After some experience you'll be able to gage the setting based off similarly used products. 14/15 has been a good setting for most store bought products with larger prills. If Earthway spreader settings are on the bag, start there. They are similar.

Hey, this fixed the problem for me and karcher is working good now. but… it created a new one. Now the foam cannon creates no foam what so ever, almost no “snow”… maybe the 1.5mm was just too much? Anyone else had same problem?
@BlackHoleDIYАй бұрын
Hi Jan. Even mine doesn't produce a snow-like foam. It creates more of a sudzy effect. I suspect it may have something to do with the lower flow rate/psi of my pressure washer, but not sure. I'm curious to hear what others have to say.

So glad Google brought me here! Thanks so much for your video. I just bought a new pressure washer. Excitedly went to use it and found my snow foam cannon pulsing. I had an older cannon and this worked. So I have taken the 2 to bits and swapped over the orifice pieces and now the newer cannon works in harmony with the new pressure washer! Must have been a lack of flow causing pressure to increase and therefore causing the washer to think it’s over pressurising and then cut out.

11min :17s => there is a hole in the deck as well. Line up the holes of the pulley and the deck and put a screw driver through them. Same with the brake pulley. This way the pulleys stay in the right position and blades are perfectly timed. Simple enough !

The carb I used was purchased from Amazon and the brand is Allong. The Amazon ASIN # was B07L3Z1FH4 but unfortunately is no longer available and is why I ended up removing the link I once had in the description field. I paid $12 for it at the time so it was one of the cheaper ones.
