In Japan, it’s best not to eat while walking. Stick to just drinks when you're on the go. Japanese people won’t say anything if they see you doing it, but they’ll likely feel uncomfortable deep down. However, it's okay to eat while walking in special areas like festivals where it's allowed.

At the time of this video, I had only been living in the country for less than 2 weeks, and I was offered the opportunity to move here for a short contract just about a month prior to the start of the contract, so I definitely had not mastered the entire Japanese language in those six weeks. However, as I live and work here, I have continued to learn more and more phrases. I am able to speak more Japanese now than I did when I moved here! But I certainly have a ways to go. Oh, you were worry!I don't know who booked the taxi, but unlike in the USA, Japanese taxis are usually not more than 10 minutes late. Maybe the meeting place was wrong. I remembered that about 10 years ago, when I went on a business trip to Madison, the taxi that was supposed to pick me up from the hotel did not come even 10 minutes later than the scheduled time, so I called the hotel, but no one at the hotel understood. I had no choice but to walk the 1.5 hour road to the hotel. I thought this is the USA. On the way, I found a taxi running, but I gave up on taking it because I didn't know if it was safe. The next day, the taxi driver said he was sorry about yesterday, but I thought he had been doing something with a woman, not that he had forgotten. He looked Puerto Rican. Am I right?
