Never use rubber boot jacks. They will dry crack every time. Lead covers

What about retrofitting in an existing roof!!?? You're hardly going to strip off all the tiles up to and including the ridge!!

That many screws indicates a design flaw, needs stiffer aluminum, or he's an ex air-frame riveter.🤔🙂

Anyone thinking of this - get a welded soaker and back plate to the ridge this will never last

I found this to be a really good product. It has far exceeded my expectations for waterproofing a very awkward shaped profiled roof. My only gripe is why do you supply such a second rate silicone gun? Surely it would make more sense just to send out a tube of low modulus silicone and for the end user to use their own gun?

What a nice easy job,standing on the floor and starting a new roof. You should try it up a ladder with a fifty year old stated roof.

would this be better fixed at an angle (like a diamond)? Thatt way water running down the roof runs around the seal rather than sitting against it?

That is crazy to put all those screws in then take them all out again!!! You can just place the rubber boot on and draw your line- lift it and apply your silicone then screw it down! Now it will be nice and tight-

And then make sure you take the screws out and put them back in again twice for good luck 😂

Once cut down how do you add a end cap?
