Hi what sort of A02 would be relevant for this paragraph. Or the other option I've come up with is using this as an A02 itself, for example the importance of immune responses etc?

Thank you so much for these amazing videos, I just had one question can you talk about how ADH increases the permeability of the DCT and CD as well as mentioning aquaporins? Also can you mentions the importance of both the receptors on the DCT and CD and the osmoreceptors as they link together ?

if you were to amplify a single strand of DNA instead of a double strand (such as a DNA probe), would that produce single or double stranded DNA?

For the lipid test i noticed on mark schemes that if it says ‘emulsion’ in the question you can’t use that word in your answer so you would have to say ‘cloudy/ white layer’. E.g. if they said describe emulsion test for lipids. Another way to stop OCR mark schemes catching us out 🫶

Hi miss! I have a question So we know that transcription factors activate the the DNA for replication or cell division right. And the proto oncogenes also release a protein that initiates cell divison. So does that mean that proto oncogenes produce transcription factors. And then oestrogen can bind to a gene which can activate permanently proto oncogene and continous cell division. But also oestrogen binds to the receptor of transcription factor This makes me so confused could you please help me with that

There is a lot of contradicting information on this topic! Do the AV valves open in diastole or atrial systole? Some say the AV valves open in diastole because the atria increase in pressure, and some say in atrial systole?

Hi Miss Estruch, I came across an AQA past paper question that was specifically about how to isolate a sample of chloroplasts from cells. It had a four mark method. Is this a practical or is it part of the spec somewhere else? It made me panicked that perhaps I did need to know some of the practical methods in their entirety! Thank you!
