Dining 3.5x3m. Total floor area 45m². Option B Main lounge 6x5m. Dining 3.6x3m Total floor area 40.8m² Sir please these two living spaces which one is bigger and better?

Please next time don't start your stairs in the living room, stairs should always start inside your first step should not be in the living.

Nice design! However, I was just wondering if you have enough gap between the buildings, especially between buildings B and C, incase of any fire outbreak such that the fire service can have access to the Apartments at the back.. Going higher (for more Apartments) with only buildings A and C while leaving the B space may have been much better in my opinion. Good job though!!
