Honestly, you have made architecture simple to understand and elaborate. I used to think this field of work was some fight high uh-huhuuuuhu thing be but you have made it so simple and easy to comprehend. Ayekoo!

how many apartments in each building , how big are the buildings? great work by the way

Nice design! However, I was just wondering if you have enough gap between the buildings, especially between buildings B and C, incase of any fire outbreak such that the fire service can have access to the Apartments at the back.. Going higher (for more Apartments) with only buildings A and C while leaving the B space may have been much better in my opinion. Good job though!!

Can you do an average breakdown of costs incuding your fees for the different types of projects?

Love the content. Can you tell us why the majority of new homes built in Accra all have the same cold design with no space for trees, a lawn and or a small garden? Also why are developers moving away from building detached units?
