Not worth even $1M. $700K max. Turkish people just don't know what luxury is. They try to replicate western luxury but miss the mark on so many levels. They got the high floor to ceiling windows right but look at that small cramped living room. You just CANT get it all in Istanbul. Take your money to an actual nice place to live.

Don't believe what a silly minority of Greeks say about north Cyprus it is a paradise with very nice and friendly people, you can buy property with no problems, there are a lot of expats living there, it's not like parts of the south full of drugs and drunks, have the best relaxing holiday you can, it's family orientated, no louts spoiling your fun you can cross the border into the Greek side with no problems, quickly show your passport while you walk through, same on the other side.

Cyprus is not divided in two countries but is occupied by Turkey since 20th of july in 1974. Turkey tries to establish a state in the occupied area. However no UN state haw yet recognize the occupied area as a state. If you visit the occupied area have in mind that and there are no democratic procedures and there is no legal state procedures that are recognized by UN. If you search the truth you can read the United Nations ( UN ) decisions about the invasion in Cyprus. we welcome our fellow Turkish cypriots to make one free state and together to enjoy the freedom and the Human Rights that the European family offers today to all of her citizens. We have been living together peacefully for centuries and we can do it again. I remember very well my good Turkish cypriot neighbours who were forced by turkish invasion to leave their villages and moved to the occupied area as 200000 cypriots did. Be aware of the propaganda! International documents can tell you the truth!

Before cyprus and turkey settled there was a invasion and turkey entered cyprus and then after the war cyprus and turkey agreed to split the island into 2. And we say Greek because in cyprus we talk greek but in a different accent (kind of) and we want to unite with greece.

You wont be able to answer this because the truth shows, every country except for turkey does not only NOT recognize your country as a state or anything, they admit that it is illegal. UN says the invasion was illegal, and you cannot even fly to and from any other country in Northern Cyprus except for Turkey. All of your paperwork and ID and passport does not work, you have to get it from our side lol. Everytime you guys talk about genocide, had we actually tried we would not have this problem right now and you would all be either dead or living in turkey. We want the island to be unified but you have been rejecting peace talks ever since, and before 1974 we had majority control over the island and we still do, so im not sure where you are going with this.

But you can't lie and say that the island is 98% Greek. Lying won't help our Cypriot cause. Cyprus will be one! Greeks and Turks living together!
