One time glamour girl Peggy Knudsen played the wife . This episode should have been called Ozzie's fish story . In one of his You Tube interviews Barry Livingston said that Ozzie Nelson was very nice and patient with him as a young actor .

There is nothing like good ol’ Americana - Diana Shore singing wholesome songs - and having the courage to do it on LIVE TV in 1957!! 👏👏👏

The episode of the family high-wire circus act includes the actor Mike Connors who, 7 years later, would go on to star in the popular TV series "Mannix" (1967-1975).

I don't get visions. I get the occasional premonition - and what I call 'flash dreams'. The former usually has to do with danger to someone I love, and is rare. It's happened twice that I remember. The latter are dreams where someone I love had died; I see them for a brief moment, as if they are saying goodbye. Those dreams do not come back. And if I'm right, why would they?

These shows were filmed during the "innocent" days of television. A very different "feel" to them than today's tv.

Why is the inside of the frame behind our host black at the end? Mirror? Anomaly? Set screwup?

They gave it away early that the preacher was not Black Jack. How did they give it away? By having the female say he was innocent. And females are never wrong in these old shows; well, the pretty ones are never wrong.
