Thank you for your vid, my wife and I are heading there for our dual birthday celebrations tomorrow, June 19, 2024, (June 19, her, June 21, me), it'll be our first time there. Although I will be 63, and she 60, I think under ordinary circumstances we could challenge ourselves with that particular trail, but I think we'll pass on it this time around, as it supposed to be in the mid 90's on the 19th. Yeah, $35.00 per hiker is blatantly outrageous and greedy on their part, however, since this is a special occasion, I think it'll be worth it. My plan is to do a hike, then head across the river to check out Hyde Park, and somewhere in between grab a lunch at an undetermined location. Thanks again for your informative vid.

I am a former Lake George social studies teacher. You guys missed the no dogs on trail sign, but given your Spring hike no one would care. Next time please read the history signs! 1. Proscept Mountain 2020 ft elevation. 2. Proscept Mountain House was a famous hotel on the mountain's top. It burn down twice before 1900 to never to be rebuilt. The big wheel was part of a trolley system between the top and the village. 3. The Pinnacle trail and Sabbath Point are near two bloody French and Indian War battlefields. See Roger's Ranger on wiki. 4. Sabbath Point is a large Methodists camp 5. Black Mountain on the Eastern Lake George is the highest point on the lake. Shelving Rock Waterfall and Cliff are the best hiking spots. 6. Fort Ticonderoga+Fort William McHenry forts are must sees. 7. The whole 32 mile Lake George ride is great! About 3 hours 8. There is a sunken 1757 British supply ship fleet in the middle of the lake. 100 ft depth Thanks for your video!

It’s not the only fake “blue hole” in nj with the other one being in Monroe township coincidentally enough off exit 8a NJ Turnpike which you can see if you’re going southbound right before the exit and that is also a sand pit but it appears to be more active than this one.

Nice video. What are your top five (5) national parks so far? In rough order, we love STJ; Zion and Yosemite; Arches NP/Canylonads- Mesa Arch and the Grand Cayon. You two have a great energy and seem very happy and energetic. I was shocked to read the news. Please look into nutrition- especially a Carnivore approach. I would cut out ALL sugar/carbs and double down on that route. Our bodies actually make their own needed glucose from protein via a process known as Gluconeogenesis. We need exactly zero exogenous carbohydrates. I have overcome two major health issues myself and in that process I have learned a great deal about nutrition. Feel free to reach out if you want to. I wish you both the best. 44 parks down, 3xx to go! Go back to Moab, UT! We hav been six (6) times and counting.

Thank you so much! 😊 I am on a very strict diet right now (no sugar, etc.) and am doing a ton of natural remedies. Hopefully everything will pay off, I am staying hopeful and positive! That is amazing that you overcame two major health issues. Top 5 national parks so far… (this is tough) probably Glacier, Yosemite, Grand Teton, Bryce, and Rocky Mountain! Can’t wait to explore more and we will DEFINITELY be back to Moab one day! We love Utah! 😊
@UTAH1004 ай бұрын
@@HANDSTANDZnHANDCUFFZ Glacier is very definitely on our list. We loved Yosemite and hiked up Half-Dome which was amazing- started out in the dark. Going up a mountain where you could hear, but not really see waterfalls was really something. We have been to Moab six (6) times! I skied Jackson Hole (Tetons.) Telluride is also fun- but not a National Park. While at Yosemite in 2019, I captured a very interesting photo- it clearly appears to be a bear sliding off the mountain with it's arms outstretched. All the features are there. What is more remarkable is that it happened about a day before, tragically Danielle Burnett, 29 slipped on Half-Dome (it started to rain when she was halfway up.) It can do this even on sunny days. We were there to see the helicopter recovery. I did not even realize what I had captured until a friend pointed it out at a party. I take too many pictures! It's very unique. If you want to see it- let me know your email and I will share. Bears are revered in the Yosemite valley as protectors and spiritual guides so it has special meaning. Yes- nutrition is super important. Dr. Berg had a guest that put his illness in remission by adopting a no sugar diet. I would be interested to hear what you are eating. You look to be in great physical shape. Miracles do happen. Have you heard of NAC+? I have read many books on longevity research. Young Forever is a good one- Dr. Hyman. Powerful compounds I eat daily include very raw Garlic, oninion, NAC+, Magnesium Glycinate, EVOO, Kimchi, etc. I am mostly Ketovore. Cheers!
@HANDSTANDZnHANDCUFFZ4 ай бұрын
@@UTAH100 I loved Half Dome too! Amazing hike. Would love to see that bear picture! My email is [email protected] if you’d like to email it, thanks! That’s crazy that you saw the helicopter recovery. So sad :( I take too many pictures also! Nutrition is very important. I’m doing a lot of juicing- celery juice, carrot juice, etc. I’m doing a mostly “raw food diet.” Lots of vegetables and some anti-inflammatory fruits. I’m also doing a lot of natural treatments- vitamin infusions, oxygen chamber, MAS mat, etc. No sugar is the most important part. Trying to stay positive and do everything I can to beat this thing! Thanks for all the well wishes, I hope you’re doing great :)
