If the carb bumps the rpm and gooses the cvt while your kickstand is down your bikes gonna dump itself😂 This is a brainless mod

@@Joejoe.999 So let me get this right. “If the carb bumps the rpm and gooses the cvt”. What I’m understanding is you think I have a sticking throttle? Because I do not. Secondly, with the choke on warm up it’s not enough to send the bike forward as the CVT engages at rpms slightly above what a cold start high rpm climb does. Explain your tweaking to someone else PLEASE. Thanks for watching!

hey brother i really appreciate all your navi content but i am having an issue with mine that im sure you have an answer too you briefly touched on in this video. so i did the ac / dc conversation, upgraded the flasher relay and currently have led headlight bulb, led front signals, led rear taillight from reckless customs with integrated turn signals and i also upgraded the speedo bulb to a bright white led. i tried installing an led bulb for the turn signal as well but ran into the same problem that you showed here in the video where it does not work only one side works and if you flip the bulb 180* then the other indicator side will work but not the previous one so yes can’t run an led bulb for the turn signal indicator and i’m fine with that however the problem i am having is that if i plug the stock indicator bulb back into the turn signal socket then when i hit the switch to activate either my left or right indicator all 4 of my actual turn signals all flash simultaneously. how do i fix that so that when i indicate left or right all 4 blinkers don’t hazzard flash with the stock turn signal indicator bulb in?. i have been trying to find videos on here or checking online forums and facebook groups but no luck so far it seems like yours are working perfectly fine so if you could help me please 🙏🏼
@pookythomasmoto91473 ай бұрын
@@JayKing-tj2et so it sounds like you are missing resistors. I personally did resistors on each turn signal themself, but I have heard you only need them in the front. Resistors prevent back current from tracing all 4 turn signals in the harness. MNNTHBX website has them and I believe Yoshimura does as well. Look up “LED RESISTORS”. Hope this helps.
@JayKing-tj2et3 ай бұрын
@@pookythomasmoto9147 i found your diode video after i had already left my previous comment and that’s what i ordered the same yoshimura one that you did that’s different from a resistor? i have an upgraded flasher relay and it says not to install resistors if running an aftermarket turn signal flasher relay so hopefully the yoshi diode fixes it all.

You can do this without removing the upper panels. Engine vent plate, top floor plate and then lower plate. Stop stripping screws you all don’t need to.
@pookythomasmoto91473 ай бұрын
@@tripwheelerton2417 Considering the footrest area of the top floor panel sits behind the side plastics, removing the side plastics is a must if you aren’t in the interest of scratching or prying plastic pieces around one another. So if you take off all 4 small Phillips screws and slowly pull the speedometer layout itself up (after removing the clear plastic cover) you will see a green filament and a blue filament. @MrSizzleDrizzle4 ай бұрын
Thanks for sharing this information, its very informative. Although i think what would be better is if in place of the key there was a hidden switch. I say this because all it takes is for you to lock the bike with the key and someone to come along, see the ignition barrel, locate the wires under it, snip them which would then render the key in your pocket redundant and the bike would start. They don't even have the trouble of connecting the red and black together which is great for them as it saves them a step. What i suggest for anyone thinking of doing this is to use the exact same wiring but wired to a hidden toggle/push button somewhere on the bike. This saves the hassle of trying to find an ignition barrel like the one in the video and saves you from the potential security weaknesses that come with it. Two things will happen, either the thief will realise theres a hidden kill switch, which will take too long to figure out and deter them, or they will think the bike doesn’t start and cut their losses and move on. Thanks again for the video.
