I do not resonate that all peoples should have a piece of the universe, we already have a piece of the universe, earth, our bodies & energy. We are not entitled to possess aspects of the universe, we are the universe and just like we do not wish to be possessed and claimed neither does the universe. what is meant of us seems to be to cultivate the abundance that exist here on planet earth. even according to Sun Ra's interpretations of reality interstellar abundance doesnt not operate on a value system so wealth doesnt exist, if everything is equal.

Sun Ra’s point about developing a sense of ownership of the Universe, or what he refers to in other speeches as the Omniverse, is a rekindling of ancestral ways of being. As Afrikans, we long have familiarized ourselves with the Omniverse and have had relationships with extraterrestrial beings. Sun Ra reminds us of who we are, and who we’ve always been.

I don't know how I missed Chubby Jackson. I have collected Jazz.Bop since 1949 and have some very rare records. This man was breaking new ground and should be better known than he is.

Betty was a regular at Richard's Lounge in Lakewood NJ. Saw her aa few times in other venues up till shortly before her passing. Since you're from Philly, you also must have known Catalyst (Sherman Ferguson, Eddie Greene, Odean Pope and Tyrone Brown) and Pat Martino. It was a great jazz town. And YES, I listened to WRTI, back in the day. Keep the flame alive, Man!

I first heard a Howard McGhee solo when I was 6 in 1966, when my father purchased Perdido/Mordido JATP on Verve's VSP label. My father loved JATP and passed that off one me. But, he did like BeBop too, so Dizzy Gillespie and Fats Navarro and McGhee were my personal favorites on Trumpet, along with Roy Eldridge and Clark Terry (Fluegelhorn). My father played Trumpet, but I preferred to play Tenor Sax. These recordings bring back memories of my childhood and my father. Thanks so much!

Yeah this was a good interview/ I was a child of his favorite child conceived of him. He and my grandmother had a daughter Rosie from Harvey, Illinois. (my Mother the dime) She was killed in 1979. We had to leave Chicago in a hurry. Hush about everything? My step-Grandfather was a huge fan of his. He told me a lot about Bo Diddley.....They both were younger than he. But I know all about Chicago, women or women during their time. My grandmother beat the blood loose in my veins. Boo that is it....I had every thing done. Straight A student.... She had four other children so five all together three of them are his.....? My mother yes his twin..... I turned out okay, I believe the weird cousin of his..... oh lord I took 20% from him???? I am a loner too....I had friends but we are all grown now tho' so I can not see them as much..... Unfortunately I did not get or have the privilege of growing up with him. I just lost my Grandmother October 31, 2016. (Every day Scales) Dee-Dee....Yes I was proud of her and she was so beautiful to me. She had so many friends too. But yes she is here with me....Thank god too.... and now he is here with us. I did not know whom this spirit was. He has been around me and my children for about 4/5 years now. Amazing. Honey we are doing really good because of him tho' He gave his living to the children he had with other wives, I hope that was fake....Grandpa' I know he loved my granny-bannie....She is one of the dancers/back up singers in his Hey Bo- diddley video 1965. They sent it to me the day she died.....God I was so happy!!! How about your favorite Celebrities are your parents and you see them for the first time!!!! Wow that's more than money we have been uplifted sense/ but he is sharing and teaching me how to develop, grow, and understand, maintain the knowledge of his life......In order to live to share my life with my our children and fans. Yup he said write it......God bless you for the video, you uploaded sir.....Your an Angel
