Thankyou so much for that simple and straightforward explanation. I have an appointment with my doctor on Tuesday as I have just found out I have one and yes it’s a ball lol. It does not give me any pain but what you say about the isolation exercises makes perfect sense. I am active and do workout already, not over weight but am 57.

The second photo shown isn’t really accurate. If there is anything blocking the hole of your vagina that you can see popping out, you have a prolapse of some sort

Make fenugreek laddu and eat it. Give fenugreek powder and mix it with ghee or ghee to make laddu. Eat it with water in the morning. If you have milk then it will be fine with milk. Please accept my opinion and don't trust me by commenting later. I swear to God that those who have this problem take my words seriously.

Girl you don't understand what a prolapsed uterus is! Your pelvic floor muscles have to be weak like from having multiple babies!!! When the uterus prolapses it falls down on the vagina, and bulges out of the vagina opening! It sounds like you are too snugg down there for that to happen.

I've done kegel for years. I've bought kegel balls that came w 2 different weights & 1 that vibrated ( yes i was young when I got them & mainly bought for the 1 that vibrated). Little did I know this was going to lead down a road of Love for bullet's that would last my whole life so far. I have purchased so many that I've lost count. I even bought a really expensive one from monster Pub that worked w an app that had a special kegel section that would tell you when to breath & grab (DONT BUY ONE). The 1st broke within a couple days the 2nd one never worked and the 3rd one lasted maybe a week (they say it's waterproof but it's not and for 200 and up it needs to last more then a week & I ended up stopping payment. Since then I have purchased many many bullets cheap and expensive one's. I noticed the battery operated one would die quickly as I held them so hard they couldn't move & burned up (but I like to wear them when I go out & I've told my friends if I get too excited over a stupid topic, well it's probably not the topic 😉😂. I have all the sings of tightness and a couple of the weak. I believe my muscles are not working together. I always breathe with my belly but when I exhale my belly half the time it barely moves.

I just turned 45 in April & I've had lupus since I was 14 (w permanent heart, lung & kidney damage). I Never thought I would see my 30' much less my mid 40's (as my doctor's said ppl like me had about 10 year survival rate). Recently my periods have changed (I was semi regular) dramatically. My last period lasted like 1 1/2 months. I was going through a super tampon in 10 min. So I decided to try menstrual cups and discs. I removed one while in the shower & I would have sworn my kidney fell out. I had never had chunks before and this one was so big I didn't know rather to be scared or proud (so I took a pic of it). Once my period ends I usually don't have another for 3-4 months. Around 4ish months ago I noticed a Small protrusion I believe is my urethra. It looked swollen And almost had a darkish color at its opening (not sure if it was a shadow from how I had to position myself to look or possibly blood from my period. I've also been bloated really bad during all of this. So much so that most days I can barely get into my pants & when I do I am miserable. I have had issues most of my life that could lead to prolaps, such as constipation (since I was a baby as my mother would laugh & call them lil rabbit turds lol). Then in my 20s I began having problems completely emptying my bladder. Some days so badly that I'd have to grab my knees & pull to force it to come out. I went to a urologist who tried medication which worked for a couple to days then stopped, then he did a dilation which worked for a few days then stopped. They offered no more solutions. I don't have to push so hard anymore to empty but I always have to make it come out. I can't just sit & relax & it flow out (I've had dreams where I had to pee & when I do pee in my dreams I feel the relief like I had, then wake up & think OMG I bet I just pissed the bed but I never do) but I've got where if I cough hard I do dribble some if I'm not prepared & clenching. Now I live on a farm & my spouse has become a lazy ass leaving me to take care of everything from lifting heavy big bags of dog food to relocating bricks so I do a lot of lifting. All this does take a told on my body. My fingers swell & hurt every day & I've got bad hips from years of Prednisone & avascular necrosis in my rt hip which I've had to have a decompression done on it, so bending at my hips is almost always a No No. If I need to see something low on a shelf I usually bend my knees but after a 10 sec it hurts so bad I have to just drop my knees on the floor then while on all 4's slowly get up using the stores shelving to help me get up. When I do get up I tend to hold my breath as the pressure seams to help give me a lil more umph/strength. I've been meaning to go to my GP but my vehicle has been in the shop for over 3 months as the extended warranty ppl keep saying they can get the parts that are needed cheaper then the mechanic can but are unable to deliver them. I'm disabled (never able to work where I got sick at 14) & have a very limited income, & not able to pay for the repair without the warranty. I live in a small poor state, with limited resources. My county doesn't even have public transportation but I live too far out if they did as even pizza places don't deliver out as far as I am. I did some research and found that ppl with are like 20% more likely to have bladder prolapse.

This is such a great video for all the mums out there who have to lift their baby while also dealing with a prolapse! Question, do you use same technique when placing something heavy down? Thank you for creating this content. I have a question- should the “pulling up a marble” exercise feel like a kegel as we exhale to pick something up? I fear I may have uterine prolapse. I take care of my husband’s foster aunt who’s a quadriplegic. She weighs 85-90 lbs. I’ve been lifting her without much thought to it (other than keeping my back straight) for 6 years now. I just turned 32. This is a shocking discovery, so your videos are very helpful.

What’s the outlook if you’re pregnant and already have a prolapse
@carlywallacepelvichealthph57306 ай бұрын
Great question. It can depend on a lot of factors like how severe, and what type but many people with prolapse go on to have a second pregnancy and birth without making it worse!
