No, it is a survey boat for inshore and costal survey work.it is equipped with the latest echo sounding technology to measure water depth and identify submerged hazards to navigation.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to move Kirkcudbright just a little further up river.? 😊 I used to shoot rabbits on the other side of the bank as a lad with my mate John Swan . Around '64 i seem to remember.

Hi Sam we use to go to these every week around 2010 ish time for a few years. I’d love to see more old footage like this. I’m sure I remember you taking a photo of me family while making your way along the crowds. I’m trying to see us in your videos but I’m struggling to. I went with one of my parents who’s passed now and it would be so nice to see the footage

Thanks again Sam. It is only because you were there to record the happening that I was able to see that it was raining in Ringford and see Donald. He tells me that the Piper attended 5 services that day and that he is only 86 years old. Wonderful is the word.
