in Fava we trust! i just bought my first dried Fava (Egypt origin) beans ever. I usually cooked fresh fava beans during the spring season in Spain. I am really exploring the different legumes as i am a vegetarian & i am finding so many amazing recipes in so many cultures! is this like a fava vegan cheese? thank you

Take water in larger pot ,and wash outer black skin. Pass hand on bringal and again on water, it's like giving sponge bath to bringal. All black skin will come in water. Village style. Jay bharat.

When you are baking chill, put the bringal in oven for recooking. Bringal will become more softer. Jay bharat.

This dish is a family favorite that we eat often. We add chopped bell pepper to the sauce and use Arabic 7-spice, never "all spice". Sometimes we serve it with bulgur pilaf instead of rice.
