Do you know why these LEDs burn out so quickly? I have a Solitude, when the awning is rolled up, and you turn on the auto lights on the One touch screen, the awning lights come on but they are rolled up. LEDs do not put out many watts, but they do heat up. No big deal if the awning is open but when the awning is rolled up, the heat has no where to go hence reducing the life of the LEDs. I even called Lippert on how to disable the awning LEDs from the auto function, they said there isn't anyway. Way to go engineers... I am an electrical engineer, I will find a way to disable the awning lights. My Solitude is a 2022, the LEDs started blinking out almost 6 months later. Now almost all of them are out. Right now, if we use the auto on, for the interior lights, we manual toggle the awning light, but now the red light is lit. But with auto on, the red light doesn't come on. Nice work guys.

A couple things. AMP Research makes a great mid mount side step so you don’t have to haul around that wheel step. Second, looks like the clearance of the pin box to the sides of the bed is pretty tight.

Some FAT self adhesive heatshrink tube would be perfect for this. Bit of glue built in already, nice and floppy for impact but stiff enough for wind, and pretty cheap for a 6ish inch length!
