Its not about Mokila. All over prices were spiked with hype. only thing is DEMAND and SUPPLY - Earlier Mokila was intended for a peaceful living with bigger sized plots. So that premium investors targeted in that area that was encashed by relators in that area. Another is nearby availability of R1 ZONE LAND is limited as HMDA master plan. All these things spiked up the prices.
