Its not about Mokila. All over prices were spiked with hype. only thing is DEMAND and SUPPLY - Earlier Mokila was intended for a peaceful living with bigger sized plots. So that premium investors targeted in that area that was encashed by relators in that area. Another is nearby availability of R1 ZONE LAND is limited as HMDA master plan. All these things spiked up the prices.

NRI only raise prices , they do4know ground reality and buy at high prices .... Madanpur cyber tower to kollur is around 20+ km , even uppal and kompally is same 20 km 😂

Invest inside the orr from east to west where you low price buy it , Buy lands inside orr from east , south. West in low price i think at east you will gwt low price at orr

at least for next FOUR years nothing change. Nobody is going to invest. Already Golden is hyped price. The same price will continue for next 4 to 5 yrs min even though houses are constructed as the price is hyped
