Brilliant,my fav bird is the gannet. 😊I often travel to north Berwick And just watch the gannets. Sometimes they glide over to fidra lighthouse. Thanx for the footage it was splendid to watch

I found young Gannett today I live in a van in New Zealand .he was in the road by the beach . He can fly from the dunes to the waterline but I think he might still be fed by his parents. I fed him with sardines mashed in water thin enough to syringe it down his throat. He is falling asleep to the sound of Gannett noises from this vid . We will see how he goes tomorow

Came to this video after remembering the article of Nigel the lonely gannet. I thought after reading that article, that Nigel was the last gannet in the world. So I went on google and searched up "How many gannets are left in the world" and there was no conclusive answer. So I then went on KZbin and saw this, which makes me very very happy that there are so many of them.

Why do you keep the title up for so long? It spoils it all. You did the same with the Farnes. Bass Rock is the largest SINGLE ISLAND colony of gannets in the world. St. Kilda is the largest colony spread over several islands in the archipelago.

Normally I will not watch people’s videos , other than just wildlife documentary and that is only content I will watch on KZbin ... but you have used such beautiful music , some of my favorite ones from when they first were introduced . I usually cannot stand music in videos haha but you have such lovely way of presenting these and have very good quality with filming ! Very professional and gorgeous ! I will love to enjoy such a beautiful place with all these gorgeous flowers !!! God is so good ! The Music Alone just made me almost fall out ! I love it. Omg !!! That beginning of the song was one of the most beautiful sounds ever ... the other lyrics that come in ehh not so much .. but just the tribal sound in the beginning is beautiful ! It is very lovely , good footage and quality ! You have obtained very nice shots / camera angles that do not have amateurish vibe to them. U have some experience ,yes ? In recording such footage ? Very nice. I have very critical eye when it come to what I expect to see among anything “of this nature “ ( no pun intended but idk that may not even be very funny haha , I will blame sleepiness once more hahaha ) but I often very picky when it comes to things like this. Have very good eye for detail and when it comes to Creative things artistically, conceptually , aesthetically etc. I have very critical judgment in such a way as to recognize what is of someone with talent and gifts and abilities or what is just average or marginal , etc. and it is not always that I will be very impressed with various things when it comes to this type of content , what it takes to separate what is very talented and skilled versus what is just average of of amateur quality and i do recognize many levels of wonderful quality and you do have very good eye to capture various angles and to elevate the work into higher level of quality that I have taken notice of , as soon as i began to observe This content . The mixture of texture and color within the details and the angles of shots and even time in which shots either linger or resonate or fluidly flow into next frame , it is something you have done very nicely if I am making sense in how to say it. I am not like some big deal or anything just with my critique or preferences and ability to Pick out whichever features and various elements being shown via this recording , no one is really , in terms of no one is just so above anyone else In objectively what they define as being of quality or not ,but just saying , without coming across as having some elevated self importance or arrogance , which i hope I do not convey that in any way, but I just am not often impressed especially with Video from anyone that is doing production and narrative on their own , as well as the recording and editing , etc. as many people become very amateurishly limited and just lack any interesting attributes and it often can just look like people on KZbin that try to make such videos that are scrutinized so much bc of the level of quality one would expect from any network or individual with proper tools and experience and abilities needed in order to make defend video that is not just like random basic home video of someone trying way too hard to appear like they have all these qualities they mimic from other content , where they do not even have the level of ability to cleanly edit anything ,let alone a good narrative and elements within their mannerisms and Voice suited for such content , but how refreshing it was to enjoy this lovely video ! You managed to get my inteeest where most the time , I would have just exited the video snd been done with most people making individual videos on their own & providing the editing and narrative etc themselves ... but many ppl just do not have that comfortable quality / the attributes needed to make recording that can have any professional elements to it , where their work will only seem like someone trying to mimic good content but they’ll be lacking & unable to produce anything decent despite their self opinion or whatever. You actually have qualities & gifts that I notice right away & that shocked me when I first saw the video ! I encourage u to keep making these lovely videos. ! There is also very relaxing calming element as to how you have provided the narrative with a very live feeling vibe to it , where it is inclusive of so many natural sounds , isn’t overly edited.just has perfectly calming and nice quality and tone within the narrative. Many people get on my nerves when they even speak , just with wildlife documentaries,many ppl attempting to make video narrating , etc have bad qualities in their inflections , their enunciation of the dialogue and the way they will read script , where they often sound so bad & they’ll be over the top dramatic or repetitive in saying every sentence , even few words in same way that is autonomous or drone like or they will have annoying voice , saying every phrase same way, same pauses , same inflections & they sound either like they try to mimic everyone they hear , thinking they have to mimic whatever random irrelevant people that don’t sound good either .. anyway , i actually really found this to be very nicely done ! Keep up the good work. Hope to hear/ see many more lovely videos of narrated documentary! I would not change a thing in how it is being done either ! I only request u narrated wildlife documentary in much same way, but just observing the animals and giving any insightful facts but also have story line to provide narrative just like any documentary.. very excited to see more & hope this is something that you will enjoy and be blessed with doing more of. Everybody need to have insightful information about wildlife and nature and be connected to it ! Excuse my English in this post please.
