@@esolucacash They just don't even understand their own nerfs. "Oh you're willing to be under 30k hp? Well, you can't have a heal then." They really can't stand Magden being viable. It's never been on top like DK, Magsorc, or BalanceBlade. Yet they always hammer it so much harder.

​​​@@esolucacash it was 12% before, so it is a 4% nerf if you're under 30k HP.. that said, just go lightning staff for 8% piercing cold + 10% direct if you're under 30k HP.

Its not 14% less damage.. run 29.9k hp and its a 4% loss, at an 8% buff rather than 12%.

It's not loaded and never has been. It's always been the worst burst heal while simultaneously being crazy expensive. The stun is extremely unreliable. The damage is negligible. Doing lots of things so badly that you fail at all or them doesn't make a skill loaded. It sucks even more now, but the ice staff damage bonus is gone. So if you want a decent heal, you have to run high health, but then you can't get the damage bonus. Say you want the damage and can stomach 29k hp, well, too bad, because now you don't have a viable burst heal. Just make it a good stun and dot and make a single burst heal from Green Balance viable. Players have never asked for Arctic Wind to be loaded - we've asked for it to stop sucking. The stun is highly telegraphed and any decent player blocks it. So say you go polar, high health. At least you get the blocking bonus, right? Nope! Because to get it, you have to deal frost damage! And because frost staff now sucks, and you don't have a frost spammable, or any remotely viable class spammable, no block for you! It's like they didn't even put 5 minutes of thought into how the changes interacted with each other. They just knew they needed to nerf warden (even though everyone knows sorc and Balanceblade are a whole tier above).

@@esolucacash I think they want to avoid players having influence over balancing. They are worried that if they include competitive players in their decisions, it will become biased towards what competitive players want.

incap is our main dmg ultimate, i would only use soul tether as second "defensive ultimate"! did some tests and the resto ultimate is way better than tether

there is a category wich tracks proc sets called "Your Proc Cooldowns", choose a number there then go to "Aura Display" and adjust your chosen proc cd bar
