Rotation:
Summon Bear + Blue Betty.
Start with:
Subterranean Assault - Barbed Trap - Frost Reach - Barswap - Unstable Wall of Frost - Elemental Susceptibility - Winter´s Revenge - Arctic Blast - Barswap - Subterranean Assault - Cutting Dive - Barswap - Growing Swarm - Wild Guardian into Frost Reach Spam! Use Subterranean Assault every 6 Seconds! As Spammable Frost Reach and Cutting Dive but only if you have Magicka sustain issues. Apart from that a classic Dot with Spammable Rotation. Activate Wild Guardian (Ultimate) on Cooldown ofc! Blue Betty got a Buff, it increases dmg by 5% flat, was slightly better than another extra Dot. Always follow your builds to keep up with the meta! Is there a big dps difference in medium vs light on armor, and would it be better to backbar something like whorl to keep medium armor?

the setup i´ve used is the best for a double ice staff build, everything else is behind it ;) about armor types, it always depends on the grp constellation, an addon like metrics is mandatory to calculate the perfect amount of light/medium crit dmg cap should be at 125% can be also higher if brittle/force uptime is low, for penetration around 18-19k is ideal

Awesome build! Would Rele be good in dungeons too or would you swap to Whorl for 4man stuff?

for pure single target fights stay with rele, if you need aoe go with whorl or ansuul

instead of relequen i would probably use whorl of depths for more aoe, everything else is also viable in 4x man content, instead of exploiter probably something like backstabber/finesse if crit dmg is missing or force of nature if pen is missing something like that

I was using this build but switched out degeneration(117k) with betty netch and parse 119.5k as bredon magden. How himuch would you say i can do as a darkelf?

not worth on warden, with the warden passive "Glacial Presence" the chilled status effects hits like a truck not worth to deslot an ice staff + wall/ele sus for dw

5x nirn/whorl backbar + master ice frontbar + 2x zaan + 5x relequen body, should be probably the best without mythic

What food you use and how do you handle sustain issues

Green Max Magicka Food, sustain was fine for me on raid dummy, if magicka is a problem use cutting dive more often instead of frost reach
