There are only 1 or two artists that I refuse to buy or even look at a comic if they drew it. Romita Jr is one of them. It's shockingly bad. I can't understand how he gets work.

I'm okay with his work. Definitely hit and miss. Definitely copies from other sources. But now that all the coloring is done by computers cannot by hand, if I enjoyed it or not.

what a bad joke. and yes you dont need to know a lot about drawing to say if you dont like something (regards the fact that is the first thing you do when you start going to school, you should draw decently, is something humans did since they lived in a cave), but to say that some piece of art whatever it is, is bad, you NEED to know something. As the example you gave about the sandwich and the chef, you can say "I dont like this meat, this sandwich" but to say this is bad, is made wrong, you got to know something about cooking. But most important that all this, is that we live in the free world, you can say whatever you want about shapes and anatomy as long as you at least have a neck, Ive been watching 2 videos of you and I cant tell where your ugly body ends and where your head start. And I understand it, I could not figure it out right a part of human a anatomy if I didnt have it. So please get a neck first, and then start criticising how other people spends hours drawing humans bodies.

Late 70's I liked JR Jr's art in Iron Man. At some point he changed his style. Perhaps to be more distinctive? Regardless, not a fan. I only got through a minute of this vid. If you're going to tackle a topic, at least know who and what you're talking about. John Romita Sr used to draw Romance comics for Marvel. When the iconic Steve Ditko left Marvel suddenly, Romita took over and made a name for himself. Later he became the Art Director and was responsible for the look of many of the character from the 70's on. JR Jr got the job on his own merits. But like I said, when he changed his style, I tolerated his art more than I liked it. But his books sold so in the business, that's all that matters.

Art is always subjective but as a reader and collector of comic books for over 50 years, JRJr gets all the big titles for good reason. Much like other greats, like Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko, Todd McFarlane, and Frank Miller, Romita’s art has an original and unique style. Thousands upon thousands of comic book fans completely disagree with you on this. So, stop ignoring the obvious conclusion - you simply have stunted taste in art 😂

You also forgot that at one point in Thor's future where he is a wild man and has his arm, then falls in love with a giantess. It is also Aaron's run. Guess Thor is just carless with his body parts but keeps getting power ups to replace them.

i'm really loving this mod so far in my opinion it makes the katana moveset finally fun because i hated the base game katana movesets looked way too stiff and too vertical like not much horizontal attacks and the new weapon movesets make all weapons soo much more fun to use like ihe new movesets should be in the vanilla game in my opinion

Wow! I like his older work more than his newer but this is crazy harsh. He's not going to draw like jim lee but he's not bad. I get having a negative reaction to someone's art, for me that's Rob Liefeld mainly because of weird body proportions and something about the way he draws faces. I really like romita jr's old x-men and daredevil work, do you think that's bad too?
