He's been for years though. He literally showed up in Miles comics back in the ultimate universe. He chose to leave the title to Miles though. (And I think May, MJ and Gwen know he's back) The OZ Formula essentially made him immortal like Osborn. But I guess with Miles gone he came back.

Can't tell you how many videos i've seen saying current main is just 616 and 1610 smushed together, and it annoys me every single time i hear it. How i understood Miles transition to 616(which is utimately headcanon i guess) was he was plucked up exactly as he was as Secret Wars ended and he and his best buds(aka those who didn't have a clear representative on 616) were put there and Miles was treated "as if he was always was there"(Not that he had to relive life on 616, but he was now there and no one would question any different becaise lets face it almost nobody remembers secret wars anyway, as far as they know there is just another younger Spider-Man now) There was always vauge allusions that Miles remembers on the bendis run before it was hard confirmed in Spider-Men II with the big ass word bubble, so this reasoning made enough sense for me and his buds could have their memories altered a touch to make it convenient for Miles) ANYWAYS I hope there is a 1610 story arc where Miles gets to have adventure with the friends left behind, that'd be neat AND NO HE IS NEVER FULLY RETURNING TO 1610 PEOPLE, LET IT GO.

It’s not even vague allusions, we see from the moment this all happens in Ultimate End that Miles is aware of the canon merge. I don’t want to be too hard cause it’s clear this guy is passionate, but he kinda missed the big scene where Miles hugs his mom and is crying because he’s so happy to have her back from the dead. So the big “the comics said Miles doesn’t remember but now he does?!?” point is pretty much moot.

Right? Almost everyone hates the Ultime Marvel but I like it. Is it disgusting? Yeah. Does it contain unneccesary violence and sexuality? Yeah. But what people don't understand is that if superheroes were real and they had powers, it would be just like Ultimate Marvel. We don't live in a fairy tale where everyone wants to do the right thing, or where everyone is super lucky and successful to be able to beat their every single enemy and not die. In real life people are jerks, they don't want to do the right thing all the time and they would definetly abuse their powers. So yeah, Ultimate Marvel may not be the most appealing continuity, it may not be the sweetest, but it damn is the most realistic in terms of the events.

i think of it like you've got the 1610 ultimate universe which it now turns out still exists and is in flames, maybe because ultimatum stole all their ultimates' stuff, then you've got the maker's ultimates doubles who are more like clones with all the memories of the orignals, and they're bopping around the multiverse hunting makers now, but then you've also got the spider-men 'bendisverse' which isn't the main ultimate universe, it's a cheery ultimate-adjacent universe containing all of bendises marvel characters in their original states, includign iron heart, tucked away where marvel editorial can't get to them :) so either ultimatum's looted the happy ending bendisverse or he's looted the hellish ultimate-verse, but either way, it's probably going to end with miles 2.0 meeting ultimate miles, or miles 'classic'

Marvel should bring back the Ultimate Universe and here’s my pitch for how to fix and refine it as well...essentially, the Maker decides to accelerate the 1610 and 616 universe realizing the Secret Wars theory instead of the two large universes having to destroy one another, but they rather are becoming one and are going to end because of this. He decides to accelerate this to win over the aftermath. Miles Morales and the other Ultimate characters find this out on the 616 and work to separate the two and return home to restore balance to the two major known Marvel Universes by separating them. Miles utilizes his relationship with Molecule Man to revert everything back to two concurrent parallel universes and Molecule Man promises to prevent any deviations caused by incursions from ever happening, then we can retcon that Ultimates 3, Ultimatum and its onset aftermath didn’t happen but the rest of the working Ultimate storylines still happened, Peter died, Miles replaced him, Wolverine has a son....that all still happened, also later in Bendis’ run, Peter Parker comes back confirming that OZ makes you immortal therefore saying the only reason Miles was able to take his reality over to the 616 is because he was technically immortal. We bring back every character with OZ that died namely, Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson, Norman and Harry Osborn etc. Peter retires, the Osborns want to restore their empire. Miles’ mom is dead and he had always been in this timeline with his presence and memory restored now that he functionally lives in his own universe and now the Ultimates, Ultimate X-Men, and Ultimate Future Foundation all can exist once again moving forward and the Maker is trapped in the Negative Zone

So as horrible as Ultimatum was at least it lead to the really interesting Maker story... Well until they let Humphries finish it along with some C list artists. I kinda hope they subtly retconned Ultimates 3 and Ultimatum out of existence. And I can explain how they could do it. Ultimate Kang, who is Sue Storm. When she was last seen she said her plan had failed because she hadn't gone back in time far enough. I think she could go back to before Ultimates 3 and stop that from going off the rails.

Not sure about Jimmy. The X-Men are their own mess right now lol As for Miles I highly doubt he’ll go back to 1610 permanently. Marvel editorial did a ton of legwork to make him a resident of 616 and he has just as many roots and relationships there as he did in 1610. I could see him spending time on both like Gwen does with 65 and 616.
