I bought the 2022 model, new, 3 years ago this month. I only have 18hrs and 198 miles on it. I just installed ITP Blackwater Evolution tires on it 2 days ago. I don't have much use on it but I can tell you this, the fuel pump died when I reached 5hrs. This happened 1 month after the 3 month warranty expired! The dealer chaged me about $850 to replace the fuel pump and $150 to repair a puncture in the stock rear CST tire that happened at the same time (nail). I later found out a new tire online was only $120. Go figure! I installed the premium Polaris winch, a Titan basket up front, and a Tesseract box on the back, from Russia. I think I have close to $20,000 in it now. I suppose I should go ride it. I haven't even washed it yet because it hasn't gotten dirty yet. I always store it in a climate/humidity controlled building. The new ITP tires are 28x9 in the front, and 28x11 in the back. No wheel spacers and no lift kit, no rubbing.

I replaced the regular engine oil in both diffs to 90 weight gear oil and removed the engine brake bearing in the primary clutch which really smoothed out the trail riding...theres so much natural compression from the engine you dont need it....also i removed the anti sway bar i found that the rear suspension had no articulation...now ive got way more articulation..big improvements

I went for the can am 850 max last week. I didn’t much care for the plastics or styling of the Polaris and the shifter hit my knee. The ergonomics of the Polaris didn’t work for me but it seems like a decent machine.

Sweet! I would have to agree that the design is a bit long in the tooth and has some flaws (pain in the ass to clean). But so far I'm really enjoying it. I'm only 5ft8, and I feel really comfortable on it. I was close to buying the 700 max.

I looked at one a few months back, but it would have been over $10k. I didn't want to spend that much. So when I saw this Sportsman for $8,500, I jumped on it. Plus, I believe they have a stop ride recall out for the Cforce, or at least they did.

I've had BFG KO2's, BFG MT's, Falken AT3W's, and then these round Italian things. I f'ing hate these tires. Slip badly on the washboard, damn near went over the edge on a packed snow mountain road last winter (not moving aggressively at all...they simply released rolling straight forward with no brake applied....smfh), and they slip on simple forest service roads out west. They are a smoking low price deal but not even remotely worth it in my opinion. I got them because of the 3 peaks cert and my need to drive through the mountain west in the wintertime...going back to the Falken's before winter.

I have a question. Is it recommended for snow?
@RideAlongOutdoorsCh.3 ай бұрын
It has a 3 peak snow rating. My experience it performed pretty well on snow covered roads in town, stop and go slower speeds.

@RideAlongOutdoorsCh.3 ай бұрын
I am almost to my first 5k rotation. I'm planning on making another video about my thoughts thus far. They are not loud, a little noise to start with. However, almost all my miles have been towing. The first 1k miles they were really squirmy, but they feel stable now. Not much wear, ride just fine. They do pick up rocks.
