If we reach into the shadows, it is where the hidden light can be found. Dr. Gabor Mate, an addiction expert from Canada, believes that most adult addictions can be traced back to childhood wounds caused by trauma. By healing, we integrate parts of the whole into oneness. Sometimes, we go through things that at the time don't make sense, BUT when we come out of the other end, we understand the lesson of it all.

I know it’s gonna be time to get settled however, I am trying my best to get as much info as possible. I have a child with food sensitivity and intolerance. Any store recommendations? Any good pediatric doctors/ clinics that you recommend. I found a farm that does delivery o f gluten and dairy free stuff. I decided to stay in nasri city because of how close it’s to the Arabic/Quran marakiz. Any tips/ recommendations of a young mother with small kids? My youngest is two years old. What do you think of hadanah for a child that young?

I from Egypt, and it brings me great joy to see the influx of foreign students coming to study here. In our culture, we hold a deep reverence for learning and education, considering it a divine blessing that we may be utilized by Allah to share knowledge. I encourage everyone to consider Egypt as a destination for their educational pursuits, I can even help you if you need

Assalamu Alaykum! I am a revert from Germany who accepted Islam about 2 years ago. About 1 year ago I started studying Arabic with a Turkish brother here in Berlin who’s teaching me Alhamdulillah. We just finished the first book of العربية بين يديك, Alhamdulillah. As I’m living by myself and working full time in gastronomy it’s hard for me to keep up with my studies (besides work, paying bills, cooking, doing household etc.) so I’m thinking to leave and take some time to really focus on studying my religion and the Arabic language. I feel like especially as a revert who doesn’t have many people around who I can actually get grounded knowledge from that might be the right step to do. What do y’all think about this? May Allah ground us all in knowledge and help us to act according to it🤲

May Allah guide us to what’s right. Maybe going Egypt for a year would be good. It’s cheap there 4-5 thousand pounds would be sufficient probably less

Good luck brother. Take an exploratory 2 week trip to Cairo and see the places where they teach Arabic and the accommodations available. I would recommend 6 months preferably in the cooler period from October to March. This is long enough to give you intensive exposure but you can still get back to your job.

I went to Egypt in 2015 to study at the age of 56. I was the oldest in the class. Those young guys could learn and memorize the next day which was taking me two weeks. I stayed there struggling for two years and I'm now thinking about returning to finish what I started, inshallah.

If you want to advice a brother about his weight then do it private, and humble yourself because what you mock today can end up happening to you tomorrow, or worse. Be kind, it cost 0 money, and ppl will benefit by being kind. No need to embarras your brother in faith, remmeber Allah is a witness to everything.
