I went to Egypt in 2015 to study at the age of 56. I was the oldest in the class. Those young guys could learn and memorize the next day which was taking me two weeks. I stayed there struggling for two years and I'm now thinking about returning to finish what I started, inshallah.

I from Egypt, and it brings me great joy to see the influx of foreign students coming to study here. In our culture, we hold a deep reverence for learning and education, considering it a divine blessing that we may be utilized by Allah to share knowledge. I encourage everyone to consider Egypt as a destination for their educational pursuits, I can even help you if you need

3:06 Brother, If you have good brothers who can help accommodate you with your studies and settle in Egypt then this is a great opportunity you should take advantage of. You will learn a lot about yourself when you travel to seek knowledge. Apart from seeking knowledge, you will learn to be a man where by you will have to learn to live without your family, make your own food, pay your own rent, do your own shopping, learn how to mange money and etc. Anyone who can go and abroad to study should definitely go especially the young brothers. The knowledge and life experience you gain is life changing and most brothers who have gone will agree with me.

Assalamu Alaykum! I am a revert from Germany who accepted Islam about 2 years ago. About 1 year ago I started studying Arabic with a Turkish brother here in Berlin who’s teaching me Alhamdulillah. We just finished the first book of العربية بين يديك, Alhamdulillah. As I’m living by myself and working full time in gastronomy it’s hard for me to keep up with my studies (besides work, paying bills, cooking, doing household etc.) so I’m thinking to leave and take some time to really focus on studying my religion and the Arabic language. I feel like especially as a revert who doesn’t have many people around who I can actually get grounded knowledge from that might be the right step to do. What do y’all think about this? May Allah ground us all in knowledge and help us to act according to it🤲

May Allah guide us to what’s right. Maybe going Egypt for a year would be good. It’s cheap there 4-5 thousand pounds would be sufficient probably less
