@thatonefa5307 nope no fab,all k20s k24s can be swap head and bottom.the only diff is the performance .honestly, the rbb3 full k24a is the best motor bigger cams more air flow, bigger Stroke mor power, n bigger pistons. Its makes mad power.tht k20 head and k24 bottom swap is waste of time when ur turbo.

@marvinreyes6270 alot of people have the rbb3 cams and drop it in the rbb2.all k20 to k20a,k20a2,k24,k24a all fit eachother ,rockers, cams,valve spring,valves ect.everthing fit. Same with the head and bottom block

K24 のビッグシングルturboなら、エキゾーストマニーホールドの形状と、エンジンスペースを考慮すると、 このマウント位置しかないんだよねぇ… HONDA VTECエンジンは、手が入らないぐらいカツカツに設計されてるよ… 6:16 俺なら、指で示している辺りにturbo chargerをセットするけどね 6:21 移動するならここしかない。  あと、VTECエンジンは 排熱効率が良くない。 高温を発生する部品を移動することによって、熱に弱い部品から壊れていく。例えば…エンジンスターターモーター、セルモーター。オルタネーター この二つは一発で熱の影響を受け易い。

Does this work with Flashpro? & will the systems ready if you disable all of this stuff? My problem is my systems arent readying when i disable O2 sensor.

@justinspikes5053 u have to have the 1st o2 in atleast and delete the 2nd 02. When u delete ur cel u have to drive the car for 50miles. After 50miles its suppose to be ready. Also keep the gas tank full so afterbu turn the car of n on the evap code wont be there

I need some help on this. I tried your advice for the emissions and it didn't work. It's 2024 so this vid might be outdated. I'm trying to pass in Jersey. All I have is cylinders bored to 86.5mm, wiseco pistons with eagle h-beam rods, 2.2 drag cartels, Nvidia Q300 catback. I run the stock k20a2 tune and my car works great. No CEL and no issues whatsoever, all sensors good. When I tried the advice in the video(same stock tune with just the things he said to select/deselect) and after uploading and starting up the engine the CEL comes on and it runs rough and won't go past 3k rpm. I fail the test because the Evap system and Oxygen Sensors keep coming back as NOT READY. I've driven over 600 miles. I checked forums and everything is outdated advice for versions of kpro that don't exist anymore. Also the inspection station makes you shut off your car before they start doing anything. How do I get the readiness systems to be ready? Since I have no issues and all sensors work fine I feel like the kpro is literally the thing that makes me fail cuz when I hook it up the readiness always says unsupported for some things and some of those are the things that show up as not ready. If I can't pass, I can't drive. If I can't drive I lose my job. If I lose my job everything goes to sh!t. Can someone help with this please? There is nothing up to date(2024) online that works...

If u have a evap code u have to keep ur gas tank full. dont let it go under half atank after u turn the car on like 4 times with its being full it will go away .in order to get the readiness u have to drive atleast 50miles after u reset the cel light.u should buy the 90-degree cel eliminator and put it on the 2nd 02 sensor and u should pass easily. Also make sure ur gas cap is on tight also

Also, whoever tuned ur car with those cams especially 2.2 should of turned all that off if not call him and ask him how to turn of the evap and 2nd 02 sensor. He can prob walk u through it.

@Queensraces ill try to be more specific and to the point. I had a regular type s and spun a rod bearing. Tore the engine down to fix it and decided to rebuild it for turbo hence the rods pistons and cams. Sent my type s ecu for kpro. When I got the kpro ecu I loaded the stock k20a2 tune. The car ran fine with no CEL and no codes WHATSOEVER. I've never had the car put on a dyno or tuned at all. Then I moved to New Jersey and I'm failing inspection because those 2 codes always come up as not ready. Stock tune on a car with no issues running all sensors and everything as normal. Only problem is those 2 never seem to get to a ready state. And yes they work fine I've tested them with live data and they put out readings How do I fix this so I can pass? Any ideas?

@Queensraces Also when I say everything running as normal I truly mean that. It's as if it's a stock type s. I have an actual working catalytic converter with actual 02 sensors that work and have no CELs at all...

@Queensraces After doing some more research I'm finding some conflicting info about the readiness for the inspection. I'm seeing some people say that the readiness is reset after you turn the car off and others are saying that it doesn't. Which is true? I'm trying to narrow this down because it may get me on the right track to finding a solution. Does having kpro by default always deletes readiness everytime you turn the car off or is that something that only happens with user input due to a tune? Somebody please help cuz forums are dead and time is of the essence for me on this...

Going full k24 is btter! the k24 has bigger cams which means more air flow. The k20 made on 15 lbs 315hp the motor choked up top and the car wasnt running right. He sold this motor and went full k24 no problems and made like 380 hp on 12lbs

4g63 ftw! even the 4g37 is a great and reliable engine. hell mine makes 80psi compression and still runs! has a fuel injection issue but that will be fixed in time!

Nice always gotta save money carparts are too expensive. And i hate mechanics they always trying to rip people off.the best thing i evr did was learn how to motor swap and work on my car all around. Ive had my rsx since 2003 and i saved so much $$

@@Queensraces yeah just buttoned up my rsx and the idle was jumping from 1k-3k sounded like a massive shithole opened up on the block ended up being the IACV I just disabled it in kpro runs better than ever now dealer wanted $450 for the part and Firestone quoted me $900 to fix

Reading on the internet a 6 puck doesnt need break in, however my 6puck with new reinforced pressureplate and resurfaced flywheel slipped, after doing this told by a friend it did engage (still bites very late but does not slip)

6 puck stage 4 u dont need to break in stage this this is good enough .its been like 5 years since this vid and im still usuing the same clutch. With alot more hp.i just did this to clean the surface alil. Its called a track break in. If u contact any big clutch company's theyll tell u to do wat i did in this video.thanks 4 watching

@@Queensraces I have a 2.0 saab turbo, had a reinforced pressureplate and a better full face pressure plate. lasted 2 years 12500 miles. Went for a new reinforced pressureplate and a 6 puck plate. The material is pretty thin on each puck how does yours even last 5 years with more hp? Drive once a year? :)

I have a type r k20 in my 2002 Rsx and I installed a skunk 2 intake manifold and a 80mil th on it and I put a new tb sensor it won't start but if it's my stock car turns on but keeps revving up to 3-5 on it own Also it has stock ecu would anyone recommend anything to me

If the car has any issues starting or ifit revs to high its 2 thing .if i was u i would buy the acuity tps,its the best thing in the world and scale it with kpro. I have avid on that. Also if ur idle is to high take some tension off the throttlebody wire. Just make sure the throttle wire isnt to tight. Do u have kpro?

@kingracer9259 once u change the trottle body the best thing 2 do is get a new tps.also some company have weird throttle brackets so make sure it not pulling hard on the wire

Just E85 and boost,as long as u have no leaks the boost will hold. The manifold is diff now the only thing emusa i have on the car is the piping and intercooler.

No it's been like five years and i'm making 200hp more now. The old clutch was still good, it was my tune skipping over 6k. I thought it was slipping but i was wrong

That fine u can copy this setup,my waste agte us turbosmart 38mm,the turbo is a rev9 tx 6062,the exhaust is 2.25 off the turbo the goes to full exhaust skunk2 2.75 exhaust. My intercooler emusa was $160 2.5 inlet and outlet to. So i got 2 Couplers 2.5 to 2.25 and all the intercooler piping is all 2.25 emusa kit. Bov is turboxs rfl bov.rev9 2ft oil feed line.and the acuity cube cnncected to the block for oil feed.. going turbo is easy the only thing i think is annoying is tapping the oil pan.if u can buy 1 tapped it save u time. Any other question lmk

Idk the rotor size is a stock size rotors. I only did the fronts so i can launch bttr. But deff b4 u get rims try 1 on first and if it touch alil u can shave alil and be good

When you trying to adjust something when it already has a tune should you save it to the computer then move stuff. Or the tune will upload by itself and then change?

U should 1st retrieve the map, then hit the thunder bolt so ur live ,then adjust it and hit the upload button. When ur done yes u should save it to ur computer after that, so u always have a copy of wat u did. Just incase u leave ur battery out of ur car and ur map get corrupted like it did to me a couple of times ..u have acopy of wat u did. 👍

U gotta check my recent videos rn im on a custom log that i got made makine 380 hp n 315 trq on E85. The video is called (rsx dyno syngarage tuned ) the setup is worth its save mad money and make alot of power. Rn the only thing i keeped from speedy racer .com site is the intercooler piping everything else is changed. But tuningnon e85 is the smart way to make a reliable car and u get like 50hp more just for changing to e85. goodluck on ur build tho any question lmk ill answer freely tobthe best of my knowledge .
