My grandparents, Otto I. Green and his wife Ellen D. Green, moved to Bartlesville in 1916 where my grandfather was the first eye doctor in the region. In 1918 when the Spanish Flu epidemic struck, Bartlesville did not have a hospital. The town used the two story Elks Club as their temporary hospital. The second floor was for the women patients and the ground floor was for the men patients. My grandfather was asked to run the hospital for the town throughout the pandemic. After the pandemic was over, he continued his medical practice in Bartlesville and worked until December of 1957. Both of my grandparents are buried in Bartlesville.

Some of the houses are built on stilts in the back. Imagine your backyard is a rock wall. So cool. Must see Christ of the Ozarks too.

Im in Georgia now and no real estate is available for me to buy so i'll see y'all soon in osage n Washington counties i lived in Bartlesville from 2008-2017. Now its about to be atleast 2019-2025??? Woolaroc is quite unique. Schlumberger was like 100yards from my former home on penn. I remember the airplane at washington park mall in south Bartlesville, i liked a good ole Braums hamburger and ice cream. I liked fishing at Copan Lake. I am very familiar with this area of oklahoma.
