Reach out to the customer service and let them know about the shoes. They have been known to give the discount enough 4 items. But defiantly Let them know about the damaged shoes. But say something they will work with you

My goody box came from Phoenix and I liked about half of the items that came. Sometimes the items are damaged and the photos are impossible to judge condition. I loved the jumpsuit on you and the green jacket and when you were looking at the jumpsuit in the mirror saying "I'm not sure", I kept thinking, she's going to regret sending those back, I just know it! So glad you kept them. : )

Thread up seems like a cool concept, but sooo overpriced. You can thrift on posh, mercari, clothes mentor, goodwill, ANYWHERE for so much cheaper!!

I agree. I think some of the pieces were reasonably priced, but after having a night to sleep on it I may be sending back the jumpsuit and possibly the jacket. I really love them, but it's hard to justify spending $40 on used items. Also, I have heard that people who send in their clothes can control the pricing of the item. I think that explains why some of the prices are crazy. I'm glad I could have this box to test out the items first. I would be afraid to buy anything without seeing it first because there are a few items with stains that weren't properly represented on the website.
