I was under the impression that you were a full time nomad. Apparently not. Most, if not all, nomads who break down do not have a mechanic they can call for advice in their hometown. If you had been in the USA, broke down, and really experienced what it was like, you would have struggled to find someone to actually be able to work on your rig. Not to mention where you would be able to stay or for how long you were inconvenienced. I think you just might be nomad wannabe, just travel around on mini vacations and wanna be a nomad.

Oregon is the best.

So glad you got it started! When bb's fuel pump went, it wouldn't start. But when it went in my safari, my mechanic came to me and tapping on the fuel tank did start it.
