It's only theoretical, but it's pretty easy.. If Elon can do Star Link, a chain of internet satellites orbiting earth.. We could do solar satellite chains orbiting the sun. Boom. Dyson Sphere technology.

If someone/something has developed what we call Dyson sphere technology, they are beyond us. However, we are very close if not capable of creating the most basic version of the mechanism. Which would be to orbit satellites around the sun to get direct solar energy to route back to earth, and other planets in our vicinity. Enough energy to potentially terraform Mars. I've never heard of an entire solar system enclosed in a Dyson sphere.
