This is so helpful. I’m a mom and I just need all the help with learning about digital planning. My notes app on my phone is loaded and boring. I need to enjoy the process and reignite my creativity. I tried the old school paper ones but it’s not practical for me! Not to mention I can’t take it everywhere, the kids wanna color all over it ect! Loving this journey ❤

🏠 That’s awesome about how God is providing for you through your church and its members. I look forward to the videos about the new Bible. I'm trying something similar this year, but have had a difficult time keeping up...and life's about to get even busier (while ar the same time, work is getting more stressful 😢).

As a fellow ADHDer I just want to say how much I appreciate this extremely thorough review and explanation of ALL THE THINGS. You answered all the questions and concerns I had about whether or not digital planning would make my life a little easier. I currently have a paper planner, a large desk calendar, my calendar on my iPhone, and my Outlook calendar. I would LOVE for my work calendar and personal calendar, grocery list, notes, to-dos, etc. to all be in ONE PLACE. THANK YOU! I am subscribed now and will continue watching!

Thank you for this review. I’ve been looking at these for a couple of years and I think I will love them but didn’t want to buy the big set without knowing what’s inside. I still didn’t want to buy the big set without knowing if it will work for me, but I used your link to buy the gospels, and sent one gospels set to a friend as well. This way we can try them out and meanwhile save for the big set (because who doesn’t need more of the gospels anyway??)! I really appreciate this, and the links so neatly available as well. Many blessings to you!

Thank you for the clarification! You’re right, Extensive note taking is not Bible journaling imo. I think it confuses people. Personally I note take extensively but am wanting to get into journaling through a prayer journal. How to Faith a Life does extensive note taking although she calls it journaling.
@antonishapolitepeoples6 ай бұрын
@@Sb1214nl I think for some people it is easier to use the umbrella term “Bible journaling” and just allow people to see there are so many ways to do it. I have just started referring to what I do as Bible journaling just to not confuse people but it also helps them see that you can still do Bible journaling even when you don’t think you are creative and artistic.

@antonishapolitepeoples6 ай бұрын
@@jordonminer6553 Hey Jordon. I would definitely recommend a storybook Bible like the Jesus Storybook Bible to help you get a good overview of the main Bible stories. I would also recommend The Adventure Bible for Early Readers (NIRV). It is written for a third grade reading level and my son absolutely loved this Bible when he was younger.

How do you tip in pages
@antonishapolitepeoples6 ай бұрын
I used to use clear tape and tip it into the spine but after getting it rebound the bookbinder said that was part of what was causing the spine damage. Now I just use a glue stick or a small drop of glue along the edge of the tip-in and wedge it into my Bible. Once I close the Bible the weight of it holds the tip-in in place until the glue has dried. I also do more tip-outs and flaps on the edges of my Bible pages so there is not so much pushing into the spine.

So excited for your possible missionary opportunity! I highly recommend Marriage Encounter for a marriage retreat. It's ecumenical, but seems to often be sponsored by either Catholic or Lutheran denominations. I'd be happy to share more if you're interested. I have four projects I'm focusing on in Q3: trying to get some dermatology issues under control; optimizing my sleep (something I've been working on to various degrees for years); organizing my digital life better; and a fourth one that I won't post online. 🤭

Shut the front door! When I was watching on my lunch break, I apparently joined right after the best part--where you showed your vertical monthly. That's very similar as to what's been working for me this year and I had been wondering where I might find a preprinted version for 2025. I've saved your referral link in case I end up ordering from them. Now the question is, do they have the daily pages like I want? 🤔 (Something like Cal Newport's planner.)
@antonishapolitepeoples7 ай бұрын
I had to go watch a video of his planner layout. I don't think Agendio has anything like that pre-made but since the daily pages are just widgets and blocks that you can move around and customize, I'm sure you can design it. I spent about 30 minutes customizing these inserts because I wasn't sure how much I would really use each section. My next video on Thursday with my Q3 planner, I spent about 1-2 hours customizing because I knew exactly what I wanted. The good thing is all your designs are saved to your library so you can play with it as much as you want.
