Thank you. I edit in 1080p, and then I upscale the finished AMV to 4k in Topaz. If you don't want to pay for Topaz there are free upscalers like CapCut. I don't know how good they are though but I'm pretty sure they get the job done :)

I haven’t considered making one myself though since there are already some great ones out there.
