Loving the prep series. I’d love to get an idea of how much training you have to do in the whole week to get the form. Like do you take a rest day. Are you doing more than an hour a day etc. How do you split the training up? Can definitely see the progress!

Meg, such a nice video, it has made me emotional. You did really well, you deserve it and I am honestly really happy for you. I remember taking a picture with you on 2nd Oner Birthday event with Evolve you stand on background, such a good memory and to see you launching your own program is really inspiring. I feel like first 3 months of the year has been really hard to get back on track with the gym. But this big news now and inspiring progress has really motivated me a lot.
