I had the EXACT same problem with my nose- like clockwork at 8pm every night I used to get so snotty and bunged up. I spoke to the doctor and it turns out it’s non allergic rhinitis; I have a nose spray for it but it’s worked miracles and I can go days without needing to use it. Game changer 🙌

Try a natural alternative to the nasal spray hun, goodness knows what chemicals are in those things. Steam inhalation might help 😊

You could try Rhinolast nose spray, I dont think it causes a problem long term. You need to order it from an online pharmacy
