This isnt really impressive because if the motor is able to hold itself when walking with one leg off the ground, 4 points of actuation is not a big feat for the robot as it can easily push itself up at 4 points.

But you know it's Boston Dynamics, they like releasing updates that makes them standout, sometimes you look at their updates and it's not that impressive in terms of features of the robot but at the same time it leaves people impressed with 'hey can robots do that now'

But if you consider advanced features you find robots like Digit of Agility, figure, Phoenix etc already having found jobs that they do, but Humoid Robots from Boston Dynamics have not yet been deployed to do any real time jobs

... this feels a little like silly. Does it matter really. They are robots showcasing movement. Whether they are trying to call people out for being excited about something moat robots should be able to do now or they are trying to get in on that hype i imagine only people in great support of one company or the other would really care.

like as of now Booster Robotics won't post any update on their humanoid Robot, but on the date that Boston Dynamics release an update, Booster Robotics also goes ahead to release an update to their robot doing the same exact moments as the ones from Boston Dynamics, and then they will title the video that Boston Dynamics Robot Movements are not that Difficult

So where is the heat going to go? It can only go inside now that they lost all the natural heat sinks that the pipes and plumbing provided. I could be wrong, but from what we are seeing here physically and based on public available data, these engines are going to have a very hard time with heat emissives
