Is there any formula/calculations or any algorithm to draw roof?
@ArchnRevRichardАй бұрын
not really, you would need to work out sizes of trusses or timbers for the structure but as a layout drawing it just a few principles mentioned in the video.

What are the names of the items used. The board/ table the paper sits on. The type of pencils used etc. You explanations helped me understand the more complex roofs better also. Thank you for your channel. Sub!

Did you show how to copy the purlins over the span of the building? as you would have to reduce the size of the purlins for the end section.

In this one I just showed the same size purlins. Well spotted though.

Difficult to work out why from a chat here, maybe take some pictures and explain what you have done on a forum / group for revit users. There should be some people happy to work it out. Include links to files if you are able.

Hi Richard Sir! I hope you are in good health. You are presenting very good material and that's why I have also subscribed to your channel. Actually, I also have started a KZbin channel where I upload Revit and other software tutorials. So I request you help my channel to grow. Thanks and best regards.
