Roof Plan Tutorial Technical Drawing

Another video aimed at Architecture and Building Design Students.
This video covers a range of building shapes and principles of drawing a roof plan. Working out where ridges, hips and valleys meet, which angles they take can be tricky. This video hopefully makes this a simpler process for you to work out.

Is there any formula/calculations or any algorithm to draw roof?

not really, you would need to work out sizes of trusses or timbers for the structure but as a layout drawing it just a few principles mentioned in the video.

The last one is a no, the water will go down to the center.
