This is a very cute house and priced very reasonable. For the price it would be worth it to fix that little problem with the chimney. Another great video.

Apparently most Italian homes are sold fully/partly furnished. Some of the furniture is to my liking... but is there an opportunity to sell/donate unwanted furniture (for instance with Facebook Marketplace)? Also, is it difficult to have new furniture delivered to a house in a small Italian town or village?
