Love this! Its perfect. Just a bit of tidying up to bring it up to scratch while you then ponder on any updates. With the attic bedroom, the single bedroom below can be opened up to the adjacent main bedroom. Perhaps the kitchen could have a skylight put in it (protruding into the deck area above? and increasing light into kitchen area) if the buyer didn't want to forfeit the stairs accessway outside from deck to street below (?) by expanding the kitchen through... however a bigger kitchen would be great. I would be making the bedroom that opens to the deck to be a lounge or living room, and create another bedroom space elsewhere (?) in house if possible.

Very interesting house. I don't understand about the millstone under the house. Is there a cantina? Also, from the street level, there is a wall on the other side of the stairs to the terrace.
