I have the same part number, but when I opened mine up it does not appear to have an Oring inside, but rather a rubber diaphragm around the plunger. Have you seen this? Any idea how to deal with that?

@@JonMorton-r9o there should be an oring around the outside of the plunger. But it's from memory many years ago.

@@mahomedosman2161 cheers buddy, happy to help. I have been tempted to make trailing arms so you can just bolt on 370z hubs rather than make them fit in BMW trailing arms. But having a kid kinda slowed that down.

@ I bet it does! That’s ok mate just go at your own pace and enjoy being a dad. I’ve got a 330 with a 1j in it so going to give the 370z setup a go. Just have to find a machinist willing to do it or buy a lathe haha

Thank you so much for sharing this. I’m a GM and Nissan guy. I decided to get a e46 and the diff situation sucks. I was gonna pay 2500 for axles and go ford 8.8 but this r200 is very good option. I really do appreciate you showing us this.

Never had any trouble with the hubs? Looking at doing 350 hubs in my e36 and worried that there wont be enough meet left after machining them so much closer to the flange as the bmw hub doesn't have as much depth in the nut hole.

@@Barclar no issues on this car. I did it to another car & the axle nut came loose which ruined the bearing & hub so I would do something to lock the nut like factory does. Someone else replaced the axle so idk if they didn't torque it enough as mine haven't moved.

@@OneArmedBanditKZbinChannelcool. Thanks for letting me know. . The info is very helpful. Might see if I can nip a bit off the trailing arm or maybe leave it a mm longer so the wheel studs don't rub. Should be enough movement in the caliper to allow it. Thanks

It holding up great, haven't had any issues. 100% stock axles with stock 370z length.

Just finished mine turned out flawless first shot absolutely stocked mate only difference i made was cut and shut the thick side joint completely to make it plug and play with the oem one no need to align anything 😂 thanks for the r&d brother (ps hope yah hand grows back sooner that later) 😉

It works well. In the 180sx I actually used it for surge tank fuel pump. All the wiring is already beefy & ran to the back.

Nah its pretty simple removing them. Hard bit is getting everything im the right place when you put thrm back together.

Its just the hypersmooth software in the Go Pro. It has a wider field of veiw than it shows on the video & the software just pans across that field of view a little slower than the camera is actually turning.
