I have made all sorts of things out of wood with WoodPrix plans. Sheds, garage doors, chairs, tables, etc. I've even made a fence and raised beds with these plans. They even have plans like bird feeders there. The selection is overwhelming

I would recommend using purple loctite on those screws. It is made for small thread applications, and will actually allow you to remove those screws in the future if needed, like if that pocket clip gets bent or broken. Red loctite might be so strong the screw heads will break off, or you will break the tool. Also, you might be able to find the correct screws at a good hardware store that has gun screws in their hardware bins. You might also contact the knife manufacturer. Kershaw has taken care of me before with some issues I had with missing/broken parts.

How about if the rafter goes on the roof top. How would you find the angle to make it sit flush on the roof?
@TrevkongableАй бұрын
@@JewKnowMe I’m not sure I understand your question, are you wanting to find the angle where the rafter meets the wall or where the top of the rafter meets the ridge?
@JewKnowMeАй бұрын
@ I am building a patio cover that spans out on top of the roof. On the front of that patio cover I am running a fascia board that will span out and meet the side section of the roof. Since it is on top of the roof I’ll need to cut it at an angle to sit flush on the roof top so I can run my plywood over it and install my roofing. So I’m trying to figure out how to find the correct angle so my fascia board can sit flush and level on my 4/12 pitch roof top.
@TrevkongableАй бұрын
@ from my understanding of the project, it sounds like you need a Seat cut on the rafter that meets the roof. I have a video that described the plumb cut and seat cut with a speed square . Let me know if that is what your looking for.
@JewKnowMeАй бұрын
@ it may be a seat cut ? It literally will sit on top of the roof and I want it to sit flush. I’ll look up that video on your page. Thank you for the reply.
