Never used a zip strip. We haven't had problems recently, but you never know. Other than farm land I haven't been a fan of rental property. Thank you Mr Kongable.

Great video Mr. Kongable! I’ve never used a zip strip, but I watched a maintenance guy unclog a drain in a hotel room once! It worked pretty good. Thanks for sharing!👍🏽

I used a wet/dry vacuum to suck out the clog
