WOW! WOW! You are a GREAT instructor!! Here is my gift in return. The brass tube with a bunch of holes that is attached to the main jet is called the "emulsion tube" (or sometimes called the "main air bleed tube"), according to CoPilot. THANK YOU!!

I have a Kipor IG4300, and it stops making power and I was wondering if Champion makes a control board that would work with the IG4300 (4,000 watt) model?.

This is why I never buy anything from anybody wearing cargo shorts & sandals or flip flops. I've always had bad luck from those dudes. When buying, always have a pick up truck with a full size 8' bed to haul it home. Then sort it all out.

bike ran great he just set the fuel valve to the "reserve" position. once we put it on the right place ther bike ran flawlesly so i guess one CAN buy from a dude in cargo shorts.

Great video! 200 hours on my 3500. At 100 hours it was surging and then stopped running all together. I bought a replacement carb from Amazon (they're cheap enough) took me 3 hours for the swap. At 200 hours I had the same issue. Back to Amazon for another carb - this time did the swap in 20 minutes. Always faster the second time.

Sometimes when your fuel pump gets hot it can not work properly so the trick when you hold prime to see if it’s pumping fuel only goes so far. Great video btw I like how you really showed each step.

Saved me nearly $600. i tried a $50 Chinese knockoff but it wouldn't hold idle or trigger the transfer switch. I decided to try to clean my original before ordering a new carb from a local dealer. After watching this video I had the gen up and running again and all systems are functioning normal. Thanks so much!

Wow you’re one impressive young man! I’m a new subscriber! My 3500 has an idle problem whereas under no load it surges faster and slower. It never dies but it hunts for the right idle. Would that be the slow idle jet that needs cleaning? Under load, it runs great and is very smooth and strong.

20:00 "Polarity doesn't matter"? That is hard to follow, especially if you connect two inverter generators in parallel. What readings do you get if you measure voltage ground and the two sides of the 120v receptacle? You know in household wiring, you get 120V on one side, and zero on the other.

Thank you so much. We're getting ready for Hurricane Milton landfall tomorrow. My friend, who has a 23 year old son paralyzed from the neck down, needs this generator to get them through. Your video was so helpful, although I wasn't able to get the jets out because of lack of a right sized screwdriver as well as that black plastic screw....I didn't want to screw with it. So we loaded it up with new gas a lot of sea foam and used a lot of carb cleaner through all the ports, and it's running great. Little hesitation here and there so we'll let it run hot for a while and let the seafoam do its work. Thanks so much. Blessings. Jeff

You're very welcome! you can use the strands of a wire to poke through the jet holes the tiny plastic screw is the Idle Jet. so if it runs rough at low rpms just clean that one again. after this huracane season is all done. Run it until it runs out of gas then open the drain screw on the carb let the little gas left run out and close the screw. give it a few pulls to suck in any residual fuel and. it will 100% start next time you fuel it up! extra points if you change the oil one quart of non synthetic 10-w30
