There is no free camping on Magnetic Island and recently many locals have become angry at tourists who ignore the law. At best you will be reported.

lucky buggers, the road to Radical Bay is completely closed off now... did you see anywhere else off the main roads that looked nice for a sneak camp? cheers

Great job on painting the Van. Give yourselves a Pat on the Back. I'd really like the Paint Colour Codes. If you could let me know. Thanks

Mate your dog doesn't look that fit anyway. So I doubt you really put yourselves out that much recently for him.. Or you would of flown him to Switzerland.. It Doesnt take much to get a grown dog vet ready for overseas flights mate. You didn't give him the time to adjust after 2 years away.. piss weak.. Maybe you could of dumped the camera equipment, And the need to talk to faceless strangers through a lense or chasing content and enjoyed your trip with your mate... Maybe you could of spent the extra time with your dog mate instead of drones and editing the whole way. I for 1 wouldn't trade a day with my mate for a national park, But then again, I would of packed my dog onto a plane when I got settled in Switzerland anyhow.. The time together in friendship is more important than the location.. But hey.. cook those fancy eggs, follow that muffin of yours and dump your old mate.. Not a Fan bro.. The rest of your trip is just going to be self serving content.. And your dogs stuck, Thinking he just got you back, and now he knows, you have fucked off an abandoned him once again to chase some followers.. when the one that really wantsd to follow you, is your dog.... But you traded him in for a new piece of tail. And some likes and a bit of cash, a coffee a night out and a national park.. He looks like he's been sitting in a backyard board shitless for 2 years anyhow. His body is like a backyard Labrador when he should be a muscle breed.. So in his thought since we've heard yours.. Thanks for the depression and abandonment issues is what beanie is thinking of you bro.

Not to shit on your parade.. but owning a dog requires complete commitment. Traveling with a dog means.. you won't be able to do everything you want to do. Yes, National Parks won't allow dogs so at the start of your trip you already knew that. Traveling with your dog also means not being able to leave your dog in your vehicle for long and for summer not at all. You also knew that. I have 2 dogs that I take camping with me. My time with them means more to me than missing out on National Parks.. than the inconveniences of having the dogs along in the trip.. than all the restrictions. Commitment is commitment.. whether with humans or with animals.. it's the same. Your dog is your baby.. like a human baby.. like your family. Your pet gives you unconditional love and loyalty.. they give us more than what we give them. So the sacrifices we have to make for them is not much in the grand scheme of things.

I want to thank you for this video.i was in two thoughts about taking my Boarder collie Panda around Australia.i have done the cape before and after seeing this have to concede that it will just be too hard.thank you and like you will do the small trips with him after doing Australia.We love these dogs and that is how all owners should feel.

Happy to hear we could help you out with making up your mind. It is such a hard decision and definitely different for everyone. But most important is that the dog is happy and the owner feels good with his decision 👏🏽

It’s illegal to camp on magnetic island. Why would that stop a pair of self absorbed narcissists... stop acting like you’re special. 👎

I'm surprised the tie down rail on the tray didn't get bent. Leave the hi-lift at home, they're useless and dangerous, nothing that a regular bottle jack couldn't have handled

It is very sad up can't take Benny with you. We are setting of for a 4 month trip in a few days with our dog. He is a large house dog (greyhound) and has done all of our shorter trips so far. National Parks will be a problem that we are prepared to forego (unfortunately). It all depends on your dog and what your expectations are.
@straynomads30053 жыл бұрын
That’s very true. Absolutely doable and enjoyable with a dog! Just depends on your expectations just as you said. I‘m sure you will have an amazing time 😍 Enjoy and have fun!

G'day Bryan, Thanks for subscribing mate we really appreciate your support. Unfortunately we didn't do any fishing on the Island this time round. It is a great place to throw in a line with plenty of people fishing along the beaches there. Thanks again and enjoy! Cheers
