Jesus Christ the first five and a half minutes of my life wasted watching this video FFS man you’re ment to be teaching us how to. Not telling us your life story know one is interesting just get on with the dam teaching. I have learned nothing from this video because of I had turn it off after the first five and half minutes. So f- ing boring.

Since you do not like 'lego nuts' and keep telling us to not use them, do you have a video where you do not use them? Also, I bought this house and have been correcting all sorts of things. This one is just like the problem you are demo-ing. I have a problem where I cannot seem to find the load's neutral wire. Apparently, i found that the GFI was being bypassed. Nothing on the GFI's load connections. So, do you have a video where you do not use lego nuts? thank you.

Thanks. How regularly should you staple Romex? For example, how many inches should there be between staples? And how much length of Romex does bot require a staple?

You can install as many GFCI's as you want on one breaker.

Why did the old timers with two prong house system run grounding wires behind the electrical boxes ? My copper pipes and white wires have continuity. I have no ground wires in the house .

Question : on a basement gfi outlet and a second outlet/switch combo that I just put in , I’m getting a solid tone on one of my ground plugs on the gfi. I thought it was getting powered volts somehow. I tested the gfi and it says it’s ok. I tested with a multi meter and have 3 volts On ground. Strange? The other ground has broken slow tone . Do you think the fast tone was just transient voltage on the ground plug ?

I can't remember the brand, but the one I used in the past, had a striking ball on the end of the stud that protected the threads.

Mine didn't work. I have 3 neutral wires, you think that could be an issue?
@davidisaacson932810 күн бұрын
So basically...line power for both hot/neutral wires from the panel goes to the LINE side only of GFCI 1 and the LINE side of GFCI 1 also feeds LINE side of GFCI 2? LOAD side IS NOT used on either GFCI? So LINE feeds LINE? Is this correct?

I am building out some sound proofed rooms in my basement using resilient channel and 1/2 in dry wall which will put my stud faces 1 inch from the wall face. should I use these boxes or is there another better option to get the box 1 inch out from the stud face?

Good thing about these blackout screwdrivers is that if no one else on site had these you can easily distinguish they're yours. Bad thing is that they can easily be forgotten in the cieling and never to be seen again

You had the camera pointed at a bad angle for most of the time. We don't want to see your face we only need short clear information and with good camera focus. Chris Fix never shows his face on the Camera because he is smart enough to know his job is to perform automotive Repairs and installations and verbalizing all the appropriate information. This is why he is the most watched Mechanic on KZbin etc.

Leaving the nut on can and will compact the threads.

The threads are fine, he removes the nut with fingertip pressure at 5:10. You'd have to reef on a steel 3/8-16 to mess it up bad.
